Training Description

Exposing children to healthy nutritious eating, like most learning, is best done hands-on. This class will explore how to apply nutrition guidelines and encourage children to participate in the preparation of healthy foods. Participants will share ideas and techniques to make a fun activity out of exploring healthy foods. Trainer Joyce McCoy. Cost: $60
