Add Trainings to your calendar.

 It is very important to log in early to trainings and make sure your camera and microphone are working. Adding your trainings to your calendar is the best practice for keeping track of your meeting links. Logging into classes early shows that you are a professional, organized, and respectful of your fellow attendees time and efforts. There are two easy ways to add events to your calendar.

Multi-Day Trainings

Calendar links will only be for the first day of the training. The date will be in the name of the training but it is still important to add these to your calendar for both dates using one of the two methods below.

1. From Your Ticket Email

Scroll to the bottom of your ticket email and click the correct link for your calendar. You will need to copy the event link into your calendar event when you add it.

2. From the event page.

This is not the best option because the link to the training will not be available. You will still have to find it on your ticket.

Training Names

We are changing the training names to exclude the date at the beginning of them. There was a lot of redundancy on the site with the date showing up on the training name, the ticket name, and the date field on the training page. We kept the date on tickets so that you can easily find them when searching in email or on your receipt. 

Multi-Day Trainings

We did not remove the date from multi day trainings so that you can further differentiate which trainings are multiple days. The training pages also look complete different for multi-day trainings vs one day trainings. 

Add the trainings to your calendar!

This is also another reason why you should add your trainings to your calendar it will only take a moment and will help you keep your links organized for the training you are attending.

Scholarship holders

If you have a family child care Sun Scholarship you can take set two & three trainings free of charge to you. You need to forward your Sun Scholarship email to Faye to get your credentials

Your scholarship email will have the subject line seen below.

Frequently asked questions

Most of you have probably noticed our FAQ section on our contact page and also at the very bottom of the pages in the footer.

We will be adding soon a new Section for group ticket purchasing for centers purchasing more than 10 tickets at a time for their employees. 

We recently added all certificates to your account. Click the button top right in the menue that says Hi! (your first name).

That should take you to a page that has a side bar on the left with these options. 

Orders Side Bar

Your tickets 

can be found inside your orders. The ticket can be downloaded as a pdf or added to your apple wallet. Those buttons are highlighted in magenta. Or search your email for “ZLL Ticket.”

Certificates

can be found inside the section titled certificates. The ticket can be downloaded from the folder linked under the heading certificate links. If you get an error that you do not have access please let Faye know.

Your Ticket has a link at the bottom to import the event to your calendar. You can also now add to your calendar from the training page. Click the add to calendar button right above the training description.

On the final checkout screen click the “click here to add your coupon code” that is boxed with a magenta box below.

Try a second time before reseting your password. Cookie settings, incognito/private browsers can cause caching issues leading to your first log in attempt being rejected. The second time will almost always work if you are using the correct password and email address.

All Purchased tickets are available in the orders section of your account profile. Access your account via the Hi! (your first name) button in the top right of the menu. PRO TIP: Fill in your billing address so that it auto populates in the checkout form when signing up for training.

If you have created  an account you can click on the Hi! (your first name) to get to your account. 

If you have not created an account do so here.

Your downloads can be located in your account profile. Click on the Hi (your first name) button get to your account.  

If you did not purchase the training yourself.  The download will be in the email of the person who purchased the training or on their account specified above.

Automated Emails

We have launched automated email reminders for your events. 

ADD info@zepedalearning.org to your contacts in your email client so that ticket and class reminders make it into your inbox.

Your next automated email will look something like this. Login in at least 5 minutes early to make sure your camera and audio are working.

A VERY IMPORTANT BUTTON. Create, sign into and edit your acount info here.

• Sign up for a user account, and then sign in before you purchase training. 

• After signing in you can access your account settings by clicking the sign in button again. fill in your billing info so it auto populates at check out!

• When you register for a training, use your name the way you need it on the training certificate. No Nicknames.

• Keep emails out of spam, add info@zepedalearning.org as a contact in your email client.

Update 05/04/24 We have been working on improving user experience and ease of use for the site. we have our eye’s on the below features and will be addin some of these features this summer.

• Consolidate certificates in user accounts profile of your user log in.

• Add more resources for navigating ORO and other regulatory environments.

• Add more Self Guided Trainings for study at your own pace.

• Add a community events section for other certified trainers to provide outreach to the community by posting their events.

Buying tickets

1. On event pages click the + to to add the number of tickets you wish to buy. 

2. Press get tickets. 

3.All attendees must be registered to buy their tickets. Register attendees with the name needed on certificates, No Nicknames.

Use the cart to checkout

CART

After checkout you will receive a receipt and ticket email with a link to your training. The ticket will have the option to add it to your calendar. If you purchase tickets for employees they will receive a ticket at the email you registered them.
