We recently added certificates to your my account page.

Certificates will be available with in two weeks of your training completion date, but they are generally there much quickerNavigate to your my account page to find your Orders and Tickets. You must log in first. Click the button top right in the menu that says Hi! (your first name).

Or use the link at the bottom of any page in the footer. Reference picture below.

That should take you to a page that has a side bar on the left with these options. 

Orders Side Bar

Tickets can be found inside your orders. The ticket can be downloaded as a pdf or added to your apple wallet. Those buttons are highlighted in magenta below. Or search your email for “ZLL Ticket.”

Certificates can be found inside the section titled certificates. The ticket can be downloaded from the folder linked under the heading certificate links. If you get an error that you do not have access please let Faye know.

Your Ticket has a link at the bottom to import the event to your calendar. You can also now add to your calendar from the training page. Click the add to calendar button right above the training description.

On the final checkout screen click the “click here to add your coupon code” that is boxed with a magenta box below.

Try a second time before reseting your password. Cookie settings, incognito/private browsers can cause caching issues leading to your first log in attempt being rejected. The second time will almost always work if you are using the correct password and email address.

All Purchased tickets are available in the orders section of your account profile. Access your account via the Hi! (your first name) button in the top right of the menu. PRO TIP: Fill in your billing address so that it auto populates in the checkout form when signing up for training.

If you have created  an account you can click on the Hi! (your first name) to get to your account. 

If you have not created an account do so here.

Your downloads can be located in your account profile. Click on the Hi (your first name) button get to your account.  

If you did not purchase the training yourself.  The download will be in the email of the person who purchased the training or on their account specified above.

ZLL COMMUNITY USE POLICY

Individual trainers and organizations are equally eligible to attain a ZLL Community Credential. We refer to both individual trainers and organizations as organizations in this document.

1. By filling out and submitting the following form you are applying for a ZLL Community Organizer credential. Once approved your organization is soley responsible for the accuracy of the information that you post on the ZLL Community Calendar.

2. You acknowledge you have the right to create an organizer page on our site for your organization. And that this page will be the point of contact for any additional information inquiries about your events. An Organization Name, A Contact E-mail Address and a description/biography of your  organization.

3. Zepeda Learning And Leadership will direct any and all requests we get about your events back to your organizer page. And will not be held responsible for any followup communication.

4. By posting to the ZLL Community Calendar you acknowledge that zepeda learning is not responsible for the success of your events, nor are we promoting your events in any way or form outside of posting them on the community calendar.

5. ZLL Community is a new product service of zepedalearning.org and we hold the right to change the use policy as the service matures and adds value to it’s users. Minor changes to the terms may be done without notice. The addition of monetary compensation for using the service will be delivered in writing no fewer than 60 days before such compensation for the service begins.

6. Organizers that sign up before May, 1st 2025 will be guaranteed a years worth of free service regardless of changes in monetary compensation during this 1 year free grace period starting on the day you sign up.
