Training Description

Interviewing families is a two-way street. You interview families to decide if they are a good fit for your program. Parents interview you to ensure your program is a good fit. This is your opportunity to assess their communication and parenting styles to determine if they will fit into your program. Setting the expectations and boundaries for families is important.
