Training Description

Come explore skills to use when leading staff. Topics covered include listening skills, disciplinary actions, acknowledging the positive and assessing staff. Practice to hone the skills we discuss. This is the second of an 8-part series of stand-alone management courses. They can be taken in any order or individually. Trainer Joyce McCoy.
