Training Description

The ability to demonstrate resilience can have long lasting impacts on a child’s well-being. Long term physical, biological, mental health outcomes are found to be impacted by a person’s resilience. In this class we will explore methods to help children develop resilience and explore the impact it can have on a child today and in the future. Trainer Joyce McCoy. Cost $60.
