By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The content on this site is the sole property of Zepeda Learning & Leadership. It is subject to copywriter and trademark law. Your data is your property, and you can manage how it is used on our site. Purchases and Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We will not offer refunds, but we will exchange the training you purchased for a different training if you email us 48 hr before the purchased training date. Zepeda Learning And Leadership will be referred to as ZLL for the rest of this document.

Online and In-Person Training Events

1. You are purchasing a ticket to this training, the URL to the Zoom event, and the right to earn a certificate of completion.
2. Your ticket is the primary product and the sole right of your purchase; you must confirm receipt. The ticket will come to the email address you registered with. If you have trouble finding it, search your inbox for “Your tickets from ZLL.” If the ticket is not in your inbox, try your spam/junk folder.
   1. For events over 36 hours away, if you do not find your ticket after purchase, you must contact us immediately so we can deliver it.
   2. For events less than 36 hours in advance: All tickets purchased are final; no refunds, ticket exchanges, or negotiations. Trainings less than 36 hours away are considered “short notice purchases,” you must confirm receipt of your ticket immediately after purchase and notify us if you are not finding the ticket.
3. Your right to earn a certificate requires you to attend the entire training session and actively participate using a working camera, microphone, and device to see your trainer and their presentation during the event.
4. The provided materials of a ZLL training event are subject to trademark and copyright protection. Ticket holders may not use any presented training materials commercially without consent from ZLL and the trainer who provides them. Materials include but are not limited to slides, images, videos, and audio used in the trainer’s presentation. A ticket purchase does not represent ownership or right to these materials.
5. You may not use ZLL event names, lectures, briefs, programs, files, videos, or any other distributed materials for your own training events, degree programs, or any other teaching purposes, nor may you impersonate or claim to be a part of ZLL.
6. Any materials provided to you for this training event are not to be distributed, sold, traded, or taught without the consent of ZLL.

8. Downloading, recording, redistributing, reselling, trading, pirating, reteaching, or allowing others access to this webinar and any of its provided material or any other training event will be treated as and pursued legally as Intellectual Property Theft / Piracy and Copyright Infringement which can amount to fines equivalent to $250,000 per file and up to 5 years in prison.
9. You may NOT share the same email address as another participant; each participant must register with their own unique email address.
10. ZLL is not responsible if you miss the training event and is not obligated to provide a refund or credit under any circumstance.
11. If this event provides a certificate, the name you register with will be the name on your certificate (including upper-case and lower-case letters). We can change it after the fact for a $20 fee.
12. We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon us posting them. For any material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you via a banner on the website, email notification, another method, or a combination of methods. In all cases, your continued use of the Services after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. If it turns out that a particular provision of these Terms is not enforceable. In that case, this will not affect any other terms. Suppose you do not comply with these Terms, and we do not take immediate action. In that case, this does not indicate that we relinquish any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
14. We provide the ability to use Oregon FCC scholarships only if you have been given past written consent and are approved to do so. Scholarship attendance is only possible if there are funds for the specific scholarship you are approved for.
15. By attending our training with a scholarship, you agree that should there be any issues with your scholarship eligibility or completion of payment by the benefactor for classes you attend, you will receive an invoice for any training attended with such discrepancies. Your sole duty is to ensure that your scholarship is current and valid and that scholarship funds exist. We do not foresee this being an issue, and we realize this will significantly inconvenience both of us. Therefore, any invoices issued under these circumstances will be subject to Net 30 terms for payment.

Self Guided Trainings

11. We provide the ability to use Oregon FCC scholarships on our site with written consent that we have received your acceptance letter and issued you a scholarship credential for our site. Scholarship attendance is only possible if there are scholarship funds. Funds are distributed based on the completion of your work and the award of your certificate. Complete your training and submit it by June 15th, 2025, so we can meet the June 30th end date of the scholarship year to deliver you your certificate.
12. By registering for our training with a scholarship, you agree that should there be any issues with your scholarship eligibility or completion of payment by the benefactor for classes you attend, you will receive an invoice for any training attended with such discrepancies. Your sole duty is to ensure that your scholarship is current and valid and that scholarship funds exist. We do not force this to be an issue, and we realize this will significantly inconvenience both of us. Therefore, any invoices issued under these circumstances will be subject to Net 30 terms for payment.
