Zepeda Learning and Leadership (ZLL) has been a leading resource for childhood education and development in Oregon for 30 years. Our low-stress classes give caregivers and educators the knowledge and skills they need to nourish the youth that they work with. We focus on skills training for educators, childcare providers, and parents.
ZLL’s primary offering is remote web-based training on many subjects relevant to childcare, child education, and child development. We also offer many self-guided training programs and CPR, AED, and First Aid training via Zoom. Zepeda Learning & Leadership has organized child care and child education conferences worldwide since 1994.
Our CPR, AED, and First Aid Training are comprehensive. Participants earn a Good Samaritan Certification after the course, which fulfills the mandatory training for childhood educators and childcare providers. CPR trainings are taught online and in person for businesses that need multiple employees certified simultaneously. We have trained loggers, construction workers, restauranteurs, and manufacturing companies.
In 1994, ZLL coordinated our first Nurture Your Mind, Body, and Soul Child Care Conference in the Bahamas. This conference aimed to offer quality training in a beautiful location where childcare professionals could pamper themselves and relax. Anyone who knows a childcare professional knows they rarely take time off to recharge their batteries. Other conference locations include Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Scotland and England.
