My password is not working?
Try a second time before reseting your password. also refreshing your browser before trying to login can help. Cookie settings, incognito/private browsers can cause caching issues leading to your first log in attempt being rejected. The second time will almost always work.
Can I save my tickets and rsvp to my calendar?
Your Ticket and RSVP emails will have a meeting invite and Zoom Link. Most mail clients will automatically see it and prompt you to add it to your calendar. If your email client does not automatically see it you can import it into your calendar.
How will I get the Zoom link?

Can I see all of the classes I have signed up for?
All Purchased tickets are available in my-account if you are signed in. RSVP do not currently have a tab in the account area you will have to consolidate and manage RSVP manually. We recommend putting them in your calendar from the RSVP email. We will have a more convenient option for this soon.
Where is my account profile?
If you have created an account you can click the button at the top right of the page with your ‘firstname’s account’ in it. or use the button below.

Where are my downloads?
Your downloads can be located in your account profile. Click your name in the top right corner or use this button to go there.
If you have not created an account you cannot have any downloads.
