Did you know that as a licensed Oregon family child care provider with an RF or CF license, you qualify for the Oregon Family Child Care “SUN” Scholarship? This incredible opportunity allows you to access free Set 2 and Set 3 approved trainings designed to advance your professional development and elevate your program.
Applications for the SUN Scholarship are still open! Don’t let these funds go unused—apply today and put them to work for your program. These training dollars, negotiated by the Oregon FCC union CCPT 132, are specifically for providers like you to grow and thrive.
“Why use the scholarship when I can write training expenses off on my taxes?”
Using the scholarship gives you the freedom to invest your hard-earned dollars in your business as you see fit. Instead of spending out of pocket on training, you can use those hard-earned dollars to invest in other aspects of your business—or even start saving for retirement.
We make using the SUN Scholarship simple and hassle-free:
The scholarship is valid until June 30, 2025, so don’t wait—apply today and take the next step in advancing your professional journey.
Your credential can register for any of our set 2 & 3 trainings. Eligible trainings show the new icon.
Please complete the self-guided training before the FCC scholarship funds are exhausted or before the expiration date of June 30, 2025. We cannot guarantee submissions after June 15, 2025, will be completed in time to qualify for the scholarship=.
If you are working on multiple modules, please submit each one as you complete it, rather than sending them all together at once.
