Location: These trainings will take place in the Gazebo at Humbug Mountain State Park. The Gazebo is in the day use area. VIEW PARK PAGE
Camping : Camping is not not required as these training are in the day use area. Camping is not included in the ticket price and we recommend you confirm availability before buying your ticket. Approximately 25 camp sites available as of today 05/01/2024. RESERVE CAMPING
Directions: Humbug Mountain State Park is on OR-101 at mile post 307 approximately 20 miles North of Gold Beach and approximately 30 miles South of Bandon.
General notes: Dress appropriate to be out in weather, bring a lunch & drink, bring a comfortable camp chair or sit at the picnic tables in the gazebo. We will provide bottled water and snacks.

Participants will examine the stress they experience working in the field of childhood care and education. We will examine the signs, symptoms, and medical risks of stress and burnout. We will explore approaches, techniques, strategies and tools to reduce stress and burnout. Participants will create a stress-busting plan.

Training Description:
In this training participants will explore barriers to inclusion in outdoor settings, with emphasis on natural settings. We will explore adaptations and modifications to the environment to allow for inclusion. We will also explore some common outdoor activities and examine adaptations to them that might allow for inclusion of children with disabilities.

Your Ticket emails will have a meeting invite and Zoom Link. Most email clients will automatically see the invite and prompt you to add it to your calendar. If your email client does not automatically see it you can import the attached .ics file it into your calendar.
